What you'll own

  • The daily flow from the 4 PM order cutoff through night picking, loading, and morning deliveries
  • Supervisors across the shipping office and day and night warehouse shifts
  • SOP compliance: receiving, FIFO rotation, picking accuracy, and returns processing
  • The numbers: order accuracy, on-time delivery, labor hours, and shrink
  • Process improvement, working directly with ownership

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years leading warehouse, logistics, or distribution teams
  • Experience in the food industry; food distribution is a strong plus, cold chain a bonus
  • Comfortable with routing, order systems, and holding a team to a standard
  • Hands-on leader who is on the floor, not behind a desk
